An interstellar pale ale loaded with Comet and Galaxy on a light amber malt base, also hopped with Citra and Cascade.

Star ESB 4.8%
NEW: Star ESB derives its rich maltiness from Maris Otter, crystal malt, biscuit malt and a small amount of chocolate malt. It has an intense fruitiness from the late addition East Kent Goldings and Jester hops.

Flower Pots, Cheriton, Hants (2006)

Stottidge Stout 5.2%
Brewed using six dark malts, some torrefied wheat and a simple addition of East Kent Goldings hops at stages in the brew. What a result! Dark and intense with a gentle bitterness and hint of vanilla.

Wildfire 5.7%
A blend of Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe hops, gives this premium strength knockout of an ale a real burst of flavour. Full of West Coast juicy citrusy aroma, what better to complement the Lager and Carared malt base. Deep golden in colour with a short bittering and resinous floral aftertaste.

NEW: Enjoyable hazy pale. Torrefied oats and rye gives light and smooth body, Citra and Azacca hops provide medium high bitterness and refreshing finish. Dry hopped.

The Truth Serum 4.3%
NEW: English Bitter with an NZ twist. Slightly amber in colour with a long-lasting head. Medium malty body from heritage Chevalier malt carries the bitterness of Green Bullet – earthy and fruity hops from other side of the globe. Slight plum and prune notes. Aroma is provided by NZ Kohatu hops (means rock in Maori) giving a hint of melon, pineapple and grassy.

The Baltic Triangle 6.8%
NEW: Heavy, malty Baltic Porter with rich texture reminding of plums, prunes and cherries. Dark brown in appearance with medium low bitterness. Smooth and warming, ideal for a Polish winter!

Sonic Titan Cider 8.2%
DRY: Being located in an orchard they don’t use any extra sugars or acids to adjust what nature gives them, they just roll with it. This cider is a blend of strong, wild fermented cider with a hint of sweet apple juice.

Butford Organic Cider (Herefordshire)

Dry Organic Cider 6.0%
MEDIUM DRY: A family-owned organic small holding specialising in cider & perry with a 300 year old cider mill! This golden coloured cider has a big fruity aroma and a hint of dryness.
