FESTIVAL SPECIAL: 12 month barrel aged Imperial Stout brewed with 10 different malts. A smouldering chocolate, sweet caramel and dark fruits treat with intense aromas of coffee and liquorice aged for more than a year. AJ would have loved a pint of this!!                 ONLY CASK IN EXISTENCE.

FESTIVAL SPECIAL: A lightly hazy American style Pale Ale with a blend of US hops dominated by Cashmere and Columbus for a taste of coconut and pine – only 2 firkins in existence outside of the brewery (and they’re both here!).
Why Ecga’s Ham? It’s the earliest known spelling of Egham from AD666.

Glass Half Empty 5.0%
A combination of the dark malts and lactose produce sweet chocolate flavours alongside a very subtle bitterness on the finish. A sweet and decadent stout.

Sample and Hold 6.8%
A bold and juicy naturally hazy IPA that is extensively and exclusively hopped with Mosaic. So expect ripe citrus and stone fruit flavours, alongside juicy blueberry notes, all over the top of a moderate bitterness on the finish.

LIMITED EDITION: Azacca gives a delicate hop aroma that is often overpowered if used with other hops. Expect aromas and flavours of mango, papaya, orange, grapefruit, lemon, pine, spice, pineapple, grassy, tropical fruit, and citrus.

Spring Tide 3.8%
Ultra Pale Ale is flavoured using 3 hops Simcoe Citra and Centennial. It is a light refreshing session ale with strong hints of grapefruit, lime and tropical fruits with floral undertones and a crisp dry finish.

A Celebration Ale 4.0%
LIMITED EDITION: Platinum Jubilee golden ale – a medium dry session IPA. The 3 major characteristics are the aroma, hop flavour and bitterness, giving a pleasant mouthfeel and a wide range of fruity citrusy flavours.

Ribersborg Stout 4.7%
A dark dry ale produced using 4 different malts. Overtones of liquorice and charred toast with hints of lemongrass and pine needles. MS Ribersborg collided with one of the forts on the Shivering Sands in 1963.

NEW: Golden colour with soft fruity yet malty aromas with a slightly sweet taste on the palate.

Mr Toad’s 3.9%

Carlota 7.0%
LIMITED EDITION: Thornbridge Year of Beer (May). Mexican stout using 7 different malts plus cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla and three types of chillies. The resulting beer is a rich celebration of warming spice, raisiny sweetness and chocolate goodness.

Rattle Snake 6.5%
LIMITED EDITION: Thornbridge Year of Beer (June). A great example of a West Coast IPA, absolutely packed with classic hops from the USA, the aroma is all grapefruit and pine leading to a fantastic display of flavour across the palate with lemon, melon and lychee all coming to the fore. It’s perfectly balanced with a malty sweetness in the body, and a refreshing bitter bite to finish.

LIMITED EDITION: Thornbridge Year of Beer (July). Pina Colada Pale that explodes with a resplendent bouquet of tropical fruit including huge notes of pineapple and coconut. It’s fresh, fruity and the perfect complement to a summers day relaxing outside.

Maelstrom 5.3%
Jam-packed with Mosaic and Simcoe hops, a winning combination. Citrusy, crisp and dry but not overly bitter.

Thurston’s Brewery, Horsell, Surrey (2012)

Small IPA 3.0%
A low ABV pale ale that still packs a punch. Mandarina Bavaria, Jester and Cascade make sure this beer is full of flavour.

Un-American Pale Ale 4.6%
A well hopped American style Pale Ale, using all English grown hops, Chinook, Endeavour, & Jester. Pineapple and pine aroma, peppery mango and peach on the palate, and a definite English character to the finish.

This 5 hopped bitter has aromas of Stone fruit, lime and is deliciously bitter sweet. Packing a citrusy aroma the beer is light gold in colour.

NEW: A traditional dry hopped IPA, packed with hops, giving tropical fruit flavours and aromas.

NEW: American pale with Citra, Mosaic and Centennial hops. Bursts of citrus and tropical fruit. Bold, modern and refreshing.

LAIK 4.5%
NEW: Session IPA. Oats & wheat for creamy mouthfeel, East Coast yeast & lots of juicy Idaho7 & El Dorado hops express intense flavours of ripe stone fruit, pineapple, and juicy tropical notes alongside a piney finish. Vegan friendly.

A light pale ale,, mashed with Pale ale, wheat malts and torrefied corn. This gives a dry light beer with a white head. Hopped with Goldings and Wai-iti hops to give subtle notes of stone fruit.

LIMITED EDITION: Platinum Jubilee special pale ale. A richer pale ale, mashed with Pale ale and wheat malts. Hopped with Hersbrucker and Wai-iti hops to give a sweeter malt base with  citrus tones of lime and mandarin.

Dry Cider 6.0%
DRY: A family-owned organic small holding specialising in cider, perry and apple juice. This is a tannin rich dry cider but not too dry.

Oldfield Perry 6.0%
MEDIUM: Listed as a “vintage pear”, pale golden yellow. Flavour is of ripe pear and a sherry-like quality, whilst the mouth feel is wine-like. A lovely perry, very easy to drink.

MEDIUM/SWEET: Classic medium cider with a vibrant blackcurrant burst.

MEDIUM/SWEET: Made with real mango juice and blended with SeaCider Medium, this cider is refreshing and packed with juicy flavour.
