A combination of the dark malts and lactose produce sweet chocolate flavours alongside a very subtle bitterness on the finish. A sweet and decadent stout.

A bold and juicy naturally hazy IPA that is extensively and exclusively hopped with Mosaic. So expect ripe citrus and stone fruit flavours, alongside juicy blueberry notes, all over the top of a moderate bitterness on the finish.

LIMITED EDITION: Platinum Jubilee golden ale – a medium dry session IPA. The 3 major characteristics are the aroma, hop flavour and bitterness, giving a pleasant mouthfeel and a wide range of fruity citrusy flavours.

A dark dry ale produced using 4 different malts. Overtones of liquorice and charred toast with hints of lemongrass and pine needles. MS Ribersborg collided with one of the forts on the Shivering Sands in 1963.

LIMITED EDITION: Thornbridge Year of Beer (May). Mexican stout using 7 different malts plus cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla and three types of chillies. The resulting beer is a rich celebration of warming spice, raisiny sweetness and chocolate goodness.

LIMITED EDITION: Thornbridge Year of Beer (June). A great example of a West Coast IPA, absolutely packed with classic hops from the USA, the aroma is all grapefruit and pine leading to a fantastic display of flavour across the palate with lemon, melon and lychee all coming to the fore. It’s perfectly balanced with a malty sweetness in the body, and a refreshing bitter bite to finish.

DRY: A family-owned organic small holding specialising in cider, perry and apple juice. This is a tannin rich dry cider but not too dry.

MEDIUM: Listed as a “vintage pear”, pale golden yellow. Flavour is of ripe pear and a sherry-like quality, whilst the mouth feel is wine-like. A lovely perry, very easy to drink.
