Ciders from Mr Whiteheads Cider of Hampshire

Strawberry cider 4.0%
This starts life as a light cider of about 3% alcohol. We add fresh strawberries
to the fermented drink, allowing them to infuse for a couple of weeks, before
lightly pressing the rest of their juice out. The colour from the strawberries
gives this special (unique) cider a light pink hue, with a medium to sweet
taste.

Russet (single variety) 8.0%
Straw in colour, the full bodied aroma reveals the nutty, earthy taste so well
associated with the russet. This unique single variety cider would reduce to
give an impressive apple brandy or make the most interesting sauce. It is medium
sweetish, and yet has a dry aftertaste.

Brown Snout (single variety dry) 6.0%
A particularly dry cider with a farmyard flavour, a beautiful clear golden red
cider made from a fairly seldom seen apple in this area, a bitter aftertaste
that will leave you thirsty for more!
